Cool Group Fundraiser Idea!
We are so excited that you are taking the time to look at Suburban Harvest as a potential avenue to help your group succeed in fundraising!
As parents of five kids we have had an enormous amount of fundraising experience from cards to wrapping paper to pizza kits! As working parents we have found that often we have had to leave work early or find refrigeration for LOTS of stuff or go on 8:00 at night delivery runs. Bundled with day to day activities, the extra scheduling can be daunting!
We decided to cure fundraising dread with a really cool fundraiser that is simple and so good that it can be run month to month with great revenue, rather than just once a year. We have partnered two of our favorite, local products– Our Coffee and our Biscotti in a simple package that sells itself– nearly everyone drinks coffee and who doesn’t like a great cookie? Earnings are $4.00 per every coffee item and $3.00 per every biscotti six pack. That is right up to speed with national fundraiser programs, and ALL of the money spent goes directly into our community– isn’t that great?
It is easy– sign up for a date, generally three weeks away, take orders, turn in your order and your order will be ready in a week. The organizer can pick up the fundraiser conveniently– we are open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm during the week– and if you need to pick up during the weekend? We have that covered too, with weekend hours!
