Yum! We had the best breakfast on Sunday- we really eat the food that we sell EVERY day!
Challah French Toast Casserole
One loaf of Challah, stale and cubed
4 eggs
2T. vanilla
2T. spiced rum
1C Milk
1C Half & Half
4T natural sugar
1t. cinnamon
1t. nutmeg
Mix it up in a large casserole, sprinkle a little extra sugar and spice for the top and bake at 325 for about-an hour! Bottom and top should be browning. Super simple and super good. We only had three servings left over for Monday's breakfast and one kid had to have peanut butter toast- bummer! Have a great week- Jason & Katie
